Go LOBOS! I thought....UTEP and NMSU were the same school...growing up in El Paso and all.

 

Uhmmm, no. The difference is: UTEP is good at sports but in the most annoying state ever. NMSU is bad at sports but is in a better state than Texas.

(Just kidding!)

 

When I was up in Wyoming technically I was an Aggie as my department was in the College of Agriculture. But we called our sports teams the Pokes But Pistol Pete is our Mascot too.

Well, Mandy and Brittani play clarinets, and yes, they play in the basketball games as the Roadrunner Review. I actually don't play a band instrument, I'm a violinist, but as a courtesy to the band and the chance to hang out with my friends more, I joined as part of the equipment crew.

And wow, UNM's song is really... stoic. It has the word "thee" in it more than once... NMSU's has the word "booze".

And I would venture a guess that UNM is second to SOMEONE.

 

I was going to lay low, but seeing NMSU's fight song again was too much for me to resist! Go Aggies, coolest school ever!

I played heavymetal guitar back in the early 80's. went to L.A. in 1981 saw alot of bands that are big today that were playing in dive's. crue,rat,GnR,to name a few.rocked out with a few but never went to Bandcamp.
