In the Clone Wars movie. Is that droid who sets up Anakin and Ahsoka the same from Episode IV?

    The droid that I am asking about from the Clone Wars movie where the droid keeps popping up at the balcony at Jabba's palace to set up Anakin and Ahsoka is that the same silver droid from Episode IV where he ends up in the Jawa sandcrawler?

    Hey, the SW universe seems to get smaller and smaller all the time, so I wouldn't put it past 'em! (I mean, remember Anakin constructing Threepio?)

    The droid in TCW movie is 4A-7, a predecessor to the "Death Star Droid" RA-7 model seen in ANH- the droid in the sandcrawler is 3B6-RA-7, and the black one on the Death Star is 5D6-RA-7.
