Several of us have gotten our tickets for the midnight show of Indiana Jones...

We are going to AMC Lynnhaven...12:01 midnight...wednesday night rolling into Thursday...

The agreement at the end was this wasn't the movie we had hoped for

IMO - Harrison's acting wasn't so great. Story wasn't believable. It sorta lost steam at the end. Wouldn't pay to see it again in theatres.

Dry review for a dry Indy movie.

 

I would say the movie was GOOD, not SPECTACULAR...

Harrison Ford was too old t o do a lot of the things they asked him to do and a lot of what Indy did was 'implied' rather than seen...

A lot of what you paid to see Indy do, Shia did..(ie: swing from vines, jumping from Jeep to Jeep)

Russians aren't as cool as Nazis as far as villians go..

There were moments in the movie where I was thinking this is Indiana Freakin' Jones! but there were more moments where I was thinking..This is Indiana Jones?

 

on a scale between 1-5, (5 being excellent), I'd give it a solid 2 (fair).

 

I'd give it a 2 to a 2 1/2
