Thankfully, watching Return to the Night of the Living Dead when I was four prepared me for Bambi.

 

I saw Predator at a young thinking it was offshoot of TMNT....so yeah.

 

I am avoiding the Internet entirely until I see the finale.

Which is something I would never do for Star Wars now that I know it's owned by Disney, by the way.

 

Well, at some point there will be leaks. Unless this whole thing is actually a prank by Lucas and the company was never sold.

 

I think the fact that he was forced to do things like that from time to time as the owner of Star Wars is one of the main reasons he sold it.

It's set in 1758. 1758 is when Halley's Comet first reappeared after Halley had determined that astronomers were observing one reoccurring comet, confirming his prediction of its reappearance. So . . . Halley's Comet will be involved somehow.

 

Well, Joss Wedon was involved in Cabin in the Woods, so it had a lot more character and depth than your average slasher/gorn schlock.

Speaking of which, would you recommend me to get the director's cut of HR ? Like are the changes worth it ?

QFT, I don't even like horror. But there's a reason why The Thing or Alien are still memorable(and yes besides the special effects/animatronics )

 

It all depends - the only real changes are (1) upgrading the graphics to the level of the DLC, (2) alterations to the boss fights to make them a bit more equitable and (3) the integration of the DLC directly into the main game. I found it worth it, but then again it was only $5 if you had both the original game and the DLC through Steam.

I might hold off to see if anything new interests me. I'm still wrapping up Dishonored. Did anyone outside the US see Winter Soldier ?
