    Since, in Canada, we have hardly an army, and we have a string of collapsing infrastructure.

    Latest one is a concret "dalle", in the core area of Montreal (main city of Quebec), that risk to lead to economial paralysis...

    last year had a bridge partial collapse a last year in the montreal area if I remember. I was there in MAY.
