Initiation for New Rebels

I got to thinking, fellas: Like it or not, we're going to get n00bs. So what say we at least have a little fun? Say, create a Rebel Oath, conduct a bit of lightsaber training at meets, or come up with a Jedi-knighting ceremony (or stormtrooper commissioning where applicable). How's that sound? Opinions? Ideas? Questions? Comments? Editorials? Dirty jokes? Bad jokes?

And gang, I'm only going to say this one time:

NO, REPEAT, NO HAZING THE N00BS. Capisce? Katalavainete? Verstehen Sie? Understand?

Since the n00bs are at the heart of the matter, they're welcome to join in as well. Come, come, let's hear 'em if you got 'em!

 

A knighting ceremony would be cool!

No hazing????? What the hell kind of an organization is that? One must mess with their heads. It is a moral imperative. (tell me where the line "it's a moral imperative" came from and I will give the winner a place in my WUL).

 

We don't really haze the n00bs. Besides calling them n00bs and correcting them when they make n00bish mistakes, which isn't really hazing at all. We just help them on the road to full membership.

 

Some needing more help than other. (I'm not mentioning any names.)

BTW, Arthur, I can say whatever I want. You are really starting to get on my nerves. I feel I have been fairly tolerant with you for the past two years, but now you're just pushing it. If you decide to continue pushing, there will be consequences. You're not gonna make any friends by annoying people.

 

I appoligize for Arthur. He does not know where to stop. If he does anything like this to anyone again, let me know and I'll contact a Mod. immediatly.

Don't you dare even mention the name of that jerk. He tortured me the entire year. He made half of my freshmen year a living hell. Don't even try getting any sympathy, because people have no reason to give you any.
