Twi'leks are "escorts" (for lack of a better word) and Jawas are rodents . Bounty Hunters are the best. The reason (I guess) every body is a Fett is because there the best of the best and for lack of knowledge about the rest of the Mandolorians. I would not discourage anybody who wants to use Fett in there name.

 

Correct me if I am wrong, but as I understand it, Fett is a human, not a Mandalorian. Also, the true Mandalorian warriors were freedom fighters as apposed to straight bounty hunters.
