Interdictor vs. Dovin basals

    Does an Interdictor cruiser cancel the effects of a dovin basal?

    In Ruin the Corusca Rainbow gave the Vong ship a hard time as I recall. While the Vong cruiser managed to drop the plague on Ithor, the Rainbow slowed the ship down enough to be (I think) destroyed. So yes, they do.

    Yes, the Interdictor fields seem to disrupt certain Dovin Basal operations as seen in SbS and other books.
