Buff, NY Interest Thread- Summer Party- VOTE BY THURSDAY 6/27

AJ and I have offered to host the summer party/picnic. ​

There will be a new post with the official date/time and RSVP info, pending the results of this thread.​

DO NOT RSVP OR POST WHAT YOU WILL BRING IN THIS THREAD. ​

We are able to host on one of the following two dates:​

1. SATURDAY JULY 13 2. SATURDAY AUGUST 17​

Please comment which date or dates you and your immediate family would be available to attend, and we will go with the majority. This is for current and active NR members. We would like to have the date selected ASAP.

If a large number of the group cannot make either date, then the group can discuss other options later.

I'd personally go with July 13th.

 

July 13 is better for me.

 

I would have to know TODAY for July 13th in order to request off work for that date. That goes for Marty too. I couldn't be there until at least 5:30-6.

Therefore I vote for August 17.

 

As of right now, either day is good for us, so we're OK with whatever the majority vote decides.

 

I 'll be out of town in August at the Hidden Rebel Base so I'll say July.

Seeing that the one date, JULY 13, is coming up fast, I request members to post preference BY THURSDAY, JUNE 27. This way the date can be determined and I can pass around a sign up sheet for refreshments/goodies at the Recruitment meeting on Saturday.

It would depend on time for me as I'm busy the morning of the 13th, but if it starts later in the day I'm good. Otherwise, my vote goes to August.

 

I say August, but could do July if that's majority.

 

I'm leaning towards August. The July date is creeping up on us.
