Char, NC Interesting in joining

Hey all I am interesting in joining your cause since the Columbia SC Fan Force seems so dead and I am only 15 minutes from Charlotte anyways.
I reside from Lake Wyile South Carliona and I work at Carowinds.
I am gonna be training to become a Bar Tender and when I get that done I will be moving to Charlotte in a year or so.
So if you would please PM me the rules about this Fan Force and when the future meetings are gonna be held at.
I would really appreciate it.

That pretty cool you live in Lake Wylie. I was planning to move there during my pre-teen years. But my parent wanted to live in a smaller & boring town. *sigh* Anyway, good to see the board still kicking. I was going to put it on life support.

Anyway.

We haven't had a meet-up in a while, although we're hoping that when summer comes around, schedules will open up, and we'll have a meetup.

I have some ideas for where we might wanna have our next meeting.
How about at Carowinds? I work there and its not that far either.

 

We have a few problems with this fanforce:

* Only four people read this board (the other members keep in touch via phone).
* We're all cheapskates.
* If it requires any of us breaking our daily routine, none of us do it.
* If one person says no, a meeting idea dies for 3 months.

Oh and I'm leaving.

 

How about we have a meeting or at least meet some of you all at the Heroes Convention this June? I go there all the time, since I love comic books convention. Plus, no doubt they have lot of SW stuff beside comic book related.
