Yeah, im currently residing in the "lovely scenic" Torry area - well....one of the nicer parts! lol

And Shara - im sure some of the Aberdonians on the board would be glad to show you some interesting sights when you're here!

 

Eh not too much of a concern there...I may not be getting all the way up there. But there is always next time.

I was a regular in the spoiler board countdowns for Ep1 and Ep2, and i think I vaguely remember being on the first page of the EP 3 countdown cantina....

but since they started splitting the countdown threads into smaller portions more easily chewed by the TFN server, its somehow lost its appeal....

and as for every other fudging thread in the spoilers forum, really, don't tempt me to revisit , cos I'd jsy get banned for abusing americans

Yes, it did. I saw it (or was dragged to see it by an Ian Banks obsessee (is that a word? If not it should be)) at the cinema a few years ago. One of my neighbours was the kid who got bummed in the woods.

What's Dundee like?

I'm probably going to go to uni there, either to the University of Dundee, or to Abertay, and yet I've never visited the place before. Any good? Decent enough place? Anyone know if the unis are actually any good? And I don't mean academically.

now Dundee has something of a reputation, as a city, for being a bit rubbish, but I understand that it has picked itself up a bit lately.
I know more bands play there these days, and I hàve not heard of any of my pals getting beaten up there recently....
and its near the countryside...
and its not edinburgh, which is full of ****ers---
