You have an interesting bright shiny way to quote people. If you don't like the quote feature, then you can use italics as well, since that's the old style of quoting one and some of us still remember it. Newbie Adoptions is about helping a new member to get familiar to the boards fast. You get a mentor who you can ask every question that comes to your mind. She/he will help you as much as possible. This is the basic principle of Adoptions. There's also a training program which is about doing various tasks about history, technical stuff (how to do colored lines etc) and rules - about this forum of course. A bit more information you'll get from the first post of adoptions.
