Newbie Adoptions is about helping a new member to get familiar to the boards fast. You get a mentor who you can ask every question that comes to your mind. She/he will help you as much as possible.

This is the basic principle of Adoptions. There's also a training program which is about doing various tasks about history, technical stuff (how to do colored lines etc) and rules - about this forum of course.
