Fett's job? WoW.
Oh how I WISH WoW was my job...I'd love life!! Play when you want...as long as you want...get paid for it....that would be frickin sweeeeeeeeeeeet!!!
But unfortunately, I get paid to install phones, patch in network cables, and sit on my arse for about another 6-8 hours a day....life sux...
Welcome, Janqui & Prof. X. . .
By the bye, I appreciate an unapologetic fan of the prequels or anything (although personally, I believe Ep I probably paid mortgages for more than a few therapists). But are the two of you EU fans?
I have a library of Star Wars books. I've read quite a bit of the EU books. I like the fact it fills out the Star Wars Universe & extends it. I'm not into the graphic novels or the comics, but I do have a few of each depending on the titles that I liked.
I was just in Mokena today visiting some friends. Small world. We are all closer to each other than we imagine - always good to hear that there are Star Wars fans in the southwest suburbs.
I sold a Master Replicas Darth Maul lightsaber prop to a fellow in New Lennox recently, so I know we're around. I even ran into a guy from Orland Park at C3.
For dorky n00bs who don't know anybody. BTW none of us knew anyone else at one point....we were all once just twinkly little lights in Jesus' womb.....or so that old tale from the sea goes.

Don't know what else to say really. ANH was the first movie I saw as a child. It totally spoiled me. It's the only sci fi I like (unless LOTR counts as sci fi). Right now I'm really into the Clone Wars novels.
Welcome. The Clone Wars were very popular at the book club.
My favorite is Dark Rendezvous.
I'm sorry Darra....you are too mentally old to be here. Pick up your toys and leave.
Hang on....leave your toys. And leave.
And if you see my pot roast on the way out...
If you do pass by it.....Don't let him know you saw it!! Just keep walking by...we're seeing how long it is till he finds out where its at.... hehe
he's sure to find the pot roast eventually...the stench is getting overwhelming.
darra, we like pot roast, and I live in california. now you know everything.
NOW I know everything? I thought I already knew everything. I guess I didn't know that.
My toy R2 unit pretend bleeped something on the way out. I don't know if he said "pot roast". My toy 3PO something that sounded like "rot post", but I could hear well because Toy Leia and Toy Han were arguing, and Toy Luke was pretend starting up the toy X-wing to pretend fly it out.
I need some newer toys. I haven't bought any PT ones. Actually, I don't think I have any ROTJ ones either.
bump......from page 3.....just in case any new posters are feeling brave,
or any old posters (like me) have nothing better to do,
or perhaps, its a new year and time for new-introductions, or re-introductions,
or someone has re-invented themselves, or......etc
Still looking for my pot roast......
I think I might have seen it on the corner of Golf and Harlem in Glenview as I was driving to work this morning...it didn't look too good....
I suppose you two aren't really making a drug deal.
What's a drug deal?
Two boxes of Sudafed for $6 at Dominick's.
For those who don't know me, I'm Thom! My intro is in this thread somewhere....

I've been a fan since my dad took me when I was 6 and saw ESB at the Norridge Theater. I actually saw ANH at 3 but, needless to say, couldn't care less at that point. I've been a member of CF since 2000 when I came to my first event at the one-year anniversary party at Chesden's. I'm currently on the Jedi Council and have hosted the past few BBQ's. Other than that, my other hobbies are hanging out with my son, Liam, and a life-long fan of THE WORLD CHAMPIONS, THE WHITE SOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!
