Irreconcilable Differences

"I told her that I didn't want to be cheated on and she told me she didn't care." That's not much of an impass, it's fairly simple that if she doesn't care enough about your feelings to remain faithful then it's over.

"I cannot have sex without love." Don't feel alone in this, I'm 3 years younger then you and I agree 100% with that sentiment. While there are women I find sexually attractive, I have no desire to give up the great thing I have with my girlfriend Amy. Funny part is, we've talked about stuff like this and while she's hot for Dean Caine, and I like Terri Hatcher (which made watching "Lois and Clark" ironic) we agree that cheating is unacceptable.
