Humouring ... to the extent that I just clicked on the link and looked at the pictures with an expression on my face that said "hmmmm ... that's a mighty nice camera" while all the time I was really thinking "hmmmm .... black shapes".

Nope. Not getting married. Just spent large portion of wages myself on a digital camera. At least I should be able to get some mileage out of it my posting embarrassing drunken pics of my mates onto the net..

 

I am supposed to be getting married to the love of my life. I have been with him scince i was a freshman, we were high school sweethearts. i moved in with him after collage and finally he got on his knee and proposed to me. It was the sweatest proposal i could have ever asked for.

Then something happened and me and him almost had to go our seperate ways. We almost were torn apart by one tragic inncident.

He had always told me that if he lost me he would not be able to live and that he would kill himself.

I hadn't talked to him for a few weeks and i was extreamly worried. The other day he comes back to our house and tells me that he had put himself into a mental hospital because he had tried to kill himself.

I still love him to death and i know that if we got this far that we can go through the rest of our lives together, but i am afraid that if we get married that something will happen ( like us getting into a fight ) and he will go and do something horrible again. I don't know what to do. I know in my heart i want to marry him, but i don't know what to do right now.

Does anyone have any advice??

I think that you should both go to counselling together and talk about the fears you have with eachother and a counsellor. other than that I think that he probably needs to be on long term therapy to deal with his problems and to understand why he would want to kill himself as this is abit extreme.

Oh and OAC isn't a photographer he just wants to be artistic and charge innocent people for this 'hobby' of his!

well, I was gonna buy a new camera. justnot on that day. The salesman's powers were too strong for my weak mind.
