Edit: It looks like Wiki has it wrong too (surprise!). Blood clot (also a common phrase) is what you guys are mixing up with Bumbo clot. Blood clot's meaning is intuitively obvious. Replace "Blood" with "Bumbo" and recognize that "Bumbo" in patois means "ass" and you get the correct translation.

Plus, no one really uses it that way. It's more akin to the f-word.

That reminds me that in my Freshman Seminar some poor fool wrote a paper about his fishing trip with his uncle and grandfather, but he left his laptop open when going to the bathroom causing his roommate to change key words right before he was going to print it off and present it to the class.
