Is cloning good or bad?

    I do not think that there is something inherently evil about cloning, I just don't see the need for it. A clone to me would be no different than an identical twin, except it would have been born at a different time. However, I do not think it is something we should attempt because it would result in too many horrible things happening to the babies and the mothers. There is no need for cloning, and I think we should be suspious of those that would wish it to be done.

    I'm sorry, but I don't buy the overpopulation argument, because if you have one clone born in a single day, you will have thousands and thousands of OTHER babies born in the same day, so it is basically a drop in the ocean as far as population is concerned.

    <Shrugs> I was just saying that I don't really have much of an opinion on cloning.
