Jorj Car'das is Force sensitive, already! He uses it in HoT.

    "Is Yoda a Jedi?" :p

Ms. Captison, I'm not exactly sure. Although I'm 99% postive she is not.

Car'das may or may not use the Force in VotF, he certainly uses some ability beyond normal folks. But he was taught that by the Aing(spelling please) Ti monks i do believe.

    Gaeriel was not Force-sensitive.

No Jorj Cardas isnt force sensitive he went to the Ti aingi monks (spelling?) because he was sick and would have died soon over the years they taught him to develop powers, but no he is not force sensitive, however the powers that the force the monks use is differant from the force the jedi use or something liek that.

Actually,it's not known whether he was Force sensitive or not.

The Aing Tii monks were probaly Force sensitive but used the Force differently.

Its still the Force. I've thought about their being another 'force' in the galaxy, suck as the White Current or the monks' powers being different than those of the Force. But they arn't. The Force is everything. Even the Vong are in it, the Jedi just can't sense them in it (which isn't completly true, because Anakin could, even if it did feel different to him, it was still apart of the Force. The same Force.).

Before Car'das met Yoda: Probably not.

    After: Most certainly.

Gaeriel is about as Force-sensitive as the average corpse. Didn't she die a quick and pointless death at the end of the "Corellia Trilogy?"

"She will bring balance to the Force. She *is* the chosen one."
"Master, she's been dead for over ten books."
"She WILL bring balance, blast you!!!" :D
