Lit Is it time for luke and co to meet jar jar ?

I think it would be cool to see how luke leia han would get along with him? and also he could help luke and leia fill in some of the past of their mother and father.

 

I mean Leia met Kitster in Legends so why not.

 

Would be appropriate for Leia to meet Jar Jar in the Senate, but there's no real reason for them to interact post-OT unless Jar Jar makes the connection between Luke and Anakin's last names and seeks them out, which is unlikely as he would believe that Padme did not have her children.

 

Poor Jar Jar is a street preforming clown Post-ROTJ. He wont be in the Senate anytime soon

I do think in canon, like legends, they should play some of the stuff that R2 has in his memory banks. That's a better way of learning about their past

I'm genuinely surprised this wasn't a bigger plot point at any time in either the EU or Disney Canon. I mean, yes it was sorta there in Dark Nest, but it was very underused.

And there's a particular spoiler from TLJ which makes this make even more sense, but I don't know if i can post tagged spoilers here. But if you've seen it you know what I mean.

 

There's actually good story potential there.

Haven't seen the Clone Wars series, have you? C-3PO and Jar Jar know each other quite well already...
