Is it wrong for a man to love a Reek............

I was being totally serious in the other posts!!

I was correcting people about the anatomy of the reek. If you find that amusing then thats your bag. I was NOT being sick or immature, just telling it like it is!! My last post was a joke about how this thread was getting out of hand and now your passing off the blame of the thread getting strange/sick onto me, thanks...

i saw the reek for about 7.88 at target yesterday, but not 3.98 that's not fair!

 

Yeah, I went to Target today and found it was still priced at $7.88 here as well, I guess that clearance just hasn't hit my area yet. Oh well, they had about a dozen Reeks still, so I guess I'll just keep checking back every few days till it gets discounted again.

Also, I wasn't trying to accuse or blame anyone in my last post, I was just asking if we could try to tone things down and keep it clean here, as everyone seems to be doing now, which I appreciate.

 

Yeah, I went to Target yesterday, and it was still $7.88. I also saw 5 republic gunships, but I only had $22.00, so I broke down and almost cried, as I put it back on the shelf. I suffering from chronic depression now, I need moral suppport. I hope my parents will get me one, or at least one for Christmas.

ya the box on the reek says to pull down it's horn for a battle cry, and says try me, but i can never get them to work

 

Yeah, I played with the horn for like an hour, still no sound, thats when I found the button. I was reluctant to buy the thing, because I couldnt get it to work, but I cant resist a 7$ Reek.

yes i too shouldn't be able to pass up on a 7 dollar toy... except for i passed on an .11 cent jango fett blaster pistol cause it didn't make sounds anymore.. i'm picky

 

I'm not to into those little fake role playing gadgets anyway, I want the real thing. The lightsabres are a different story though.

I guess you guys are allowed to love a Reek, if I can love a fictional Star Wars character... Corran Horn! *faints!*

 

A good addition to FanForce would be a 'Reek of the Week' section. All fans who possess a reek could take a photograph of them and their reek in their home town, or at a barbeque, or lining up at McDonalds or at a wedding, and post it on the Collecting forum!
I suggest going to Spain and slipping a reek onto the display stands with the toy matadors and bulls on them! Or why not go to Loch Ness, Scotland, and take a picture of the reek grazing at the side of the water?
The best reek photo becomes 'Reek of the Week'!
Now, wouldn't it be great if Kenner produced trilogy-specific beast multipacks, for example:

TPM: Oppee, Kaadu and 'Jabba Glob'

AOTC: Nexu, Acklay, Reek and Massif

ANH: Dewback, Ronto, Dianoga and Bantha

TESB: 2 x TaunTaun, Wampa and Mynok

ROTJ: Rancor, Jabba & Han, Sarlacc Maw

 

I want them to rerelease the wampa!! the old one isn't a very good portrayel of the SE wampa.... and i love the wampa!

I got into this arguement at RebelScum. It is the bone ONLY if you see the reek as a reptial(sp?). Because it acts and somewhat looks like a bull, I think of it as a mammal.
