CT Is Luke Skywalker a wiener

I'm having a spirited debate with a fellow laser brain and basically the question is as the title implies. We want to know if anyone considers Luke Skywalker a "badass" or if the consensus is (as in my opinion) he's...not. Not a hostililty! We all <3 Star Wars.

 

I don't think he's either. Nor does he need to be.

 

Never mind that Luke blew up a Death Star or faced off against hordes of a criminal boss and all his minions and then confronted the 2 most powerful beings in the galaxy.

 

Crap, now I want a chili dog for lunch this evening....

 

Luke is a wiener advocate: Every teenager has "confronted" their dad at some point. And the only reason Sidius didn't heat lamp him like the wiener he was is because said one handed father saved him! As for the blowing up of the Death Star, I'm giving obi wan at least half credit and am inclined to give Han the other half (again some ass saving was necessary). And Lando "The only black man in the galaxy" Calrissian promptly id the exact same thing...in a cape =)

 

Perceptions. Just because you need assistance doesn't make you weak.

That is what I'd really like to be

 

And if you were a Skywalker Wiener
Then you could blow up Death Stars just like me!

 

There are better ways of starting discussions than with thread titles like this one.
