When the Executor chases the Falcon in ESB, there's one shot from below showing the nose of the Executor. Is that just a regular SD nose/tip? I thought the Executor had a bluer color.

Not totally. Only the area surrounding the hanger and the engines is grey. The rest of it is blue.

Actually the SSD is grey all over. I know this to be true because I saw the production model of it. It's painted grey. No blue.

The only shot I can think of from underneath during the ESB chase was when the Falcon dove, causing 3 SD's to damn near collide. Is that the shot in question?

I believe they're referring to the shot during the escape from Bespin around "get ready for the tractor beam".

Executor is usually shown in a blueish light, but is actually grey.

This is why the one added shot of the Executor in ESB:SE stands out, as it's VERY grey since they didn't use the blueish lighting to film it.

Yeah, I thought they just used the nose of a regular SD model for that shot.

Am I the only one who believed that it was recycled footage that they used there? I mean, it wouldn't have been difficult to remove one TIE fighter from the shot, right?
