Pacific Is The Approaching Storm a very good book?

    I heard their was a new star wars book called The Approaching Storm. My friend says this book stinks. What do you think?~Kyle

    I actually really enjoyed this novel. it was a great introduction into the time period and settings (and even some characters) of episode 2. I feel better prepared to understand AOTC after reading this. And Alan Dean Foster is a very interesting writer. His work is always original. I would recommend picking it up, if for no other reason than to get familiar with some of the events leading up to AOTC.

    I've also only read half of it, but I really like it so far.
