Is there a program that will, "cartoonize" real footage?

Or, just "cartoonize" Pics, J/w if they have anything out there that could do that?

It's called posterization. Look for a related plug. Doesn't work very well. You may be thinking of a form of rotoscoping tho, look in an old issue of Computer Arts for a flash animation kit that's designed for rotoscoping (like in the techtv/target commercials.) Peace.

I was wondering the same thing myself, i did a search in Adobe online help and came across this site. I am using that same technique to start a fan film of mine and tried it with some test footage it works pretty good without having to buy other plugins
