    Hey guys,

So I love the prequel film trilogy and would like to read some books about it to get more knowledge.

Are these good books to read and in a good order?

1.) Star Wars: Cloak of Deception
2.) Star Wars: The Phantom Menace
3.) Star Wars: Attack of the clones
4.) Star Wars: Labyrinth of Evil
5.) Star Wars: Revenge Of The Sith

So are these good books in a good order?

And also, is there any extra books I can add somewhere in my list to further expand the prequel trilogy?

Definitely! And I myself would add Rogue Planet and The Approaching Storm before AOTC. They seem to get a bad rep sometimes but I think they add a lot to the Obi-Ani dynamic which is often missing. And don't forget to add Rise of the Dark Lord after finishing out ROTS.

I'd also put Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter ahead of The Phantom Menace, after Cloak of Deception.

After reading TPM read Darth Plaguise. It starts decades before TPM. Howevery it's a lot better if you've read Cloak of Deception and then TPM first. It adds so much to Palpatine's plotting that it benefits from backtracking a little.

I'd say read Darth Plagueis and Cloak of Deception first, since they make the politics of TPM make sense. Rogue Planet and Approaching Storm aren't that great, in my opinion. Which is, of course, just my opinion. I'd recommend the currently ongoing Obi-Wan & Anakin comic series for that period. The Labyrinth of Evil/RotS/Dark Lord trilogy is clearly required reading.

I think you have a good set of books, though you could also add, Shatterpoint and Yoda: Dark Rendezvous for insight into Mace and Yoda (and Dooku in the Yoda story).

I agree, add Darth Plagueis towards the beginning. James Luceno's books really enhance the overall story of the prequels, so you might as well as Dark Lord after RotS. I haven't read Yoda: Dark Rendezvous, but I hear so many good things about it, it's one that I have in my reading pile and looking forward to. Maybe add Kenobi as an epilogue.
