CT Is Vader openly a Sith?

Vader is a Sith.

 

It stands to reason that it was common knowledge that Vader was a Sith. Another question would be whether or not it was known that Dooku was a Sith. It seems to me that the average Joe and Jane didn't know about Dooku just thinking him as a Dark/Fallen Jedi. Some people might have known just how dangerous Sith are because Palpatine while playing at being a captive tells Obi-Wan and Anakin that they need backup because Dooku is a Sith Lord.

In my personal opinion it was known that Vader was a Sith and Palpatine used it to his advantage. It makes look powerful if a powerful, deadly Sith Lord serves him; kneels before him and takes orders from a non Force User.

Dooku is pretty open about it in conversation with Hondo.

Though I could see the average Republic or Separatist citizen not knowing.

 

Point Iron_lord but it didn't seem to mean much to Hondo and his group. Also in the first episode of season five the station master thought that Maul and Savage were Jedi until he consented that the attackers used red bladed lightsabers and Jedi usually use green or blue.
