OOC It´s a Trap! Episode VII OOC/Discussion Thread

Just sent in a CS, hoping it is approved because it seems fun to me. Love the idea of this game, it was really fun to come up with a character based on movies. Searching for obscure characters/species was enjoyable.

 

You are right he was a general, but it was because he felt he needed to lead the assault on the death star to strike a blow at the organization that took over cloud city and lead to him to betray Han Solo. It is also possible he might no longer feel obligated to remain as a general. He a complex character and I plan to play him that way. He might continue to serve as a general because he wants to see the final curtain. It may take a talk with Han or someone else to help convince him that he on the right path or he may try another profitable venture. This is the reason I chose him there is a wide open feel that will allow me to explore the possibilities.

 

I think Lando might be fringe enough to participate in the fringe-storyline (especially because I will "invent" a family-member of Lando there), but not fringe enough to go and join the imperial storyline Indeed I would be surprised, if the Moffs start becoming friendly with him. So far, I´d say we got a comfortably-sized team for each of my storylines.

 

Will be interesting to see where I fall, that's for sure.

 

Alright, after taking a completely different direction and retooling a bit the CS was approved and is now posted.

Any ambitious Imperial agents looking for an ally, feel free to contact me. Not guaranteeing that you will find support from the Royal Guard, but it can't hurt to ask.

 

Actually the two most ambitious one . . . Fin´s Grand Moff and my Mas Amedda have an non-recruiting agreement until the game begins. Just to make sure we realistically close our lines once the message finds our characters and not before . . . also I would like to point out our characters are at the same place, having generally the same interests

I am looking forward how this renegade Admiral and DookuToo will play into this.

Well, I think we have a huge multi-faction dejaarik board and an inevitable masscre coming up

I am excited to support the rightful Emperor, who ever that may be. Or unknowingly become a pawn and get wiped out in the process. Which ever comes first.

 

Well, I don´t wanna show of, but I kinda expect to get a ship or two into my ressource pool, too

And Mikaboshi, number two I guess is an option for all of us imperials . . . that we have in common. I mean, let´s face it . . . two days ago the Emperor was alive and all our guys were pawns!

 

I have a feeling that my Admiral is going to become obsessed with the "Moff Conspiracy" as he sees it. Should be fun playing a Renegade Mad Admiral with enough firepower to reduce the surface of any planet to bedrock.

 

WOw.. This is looking pretty good so far!

I popped into the RPF today and see that Episode VII game raring to go. Time to consult my brainstorming file I started when I first read your idea in the Interest Measurement Thread
