    The Trilogy StoryLine
The Matrix is a false reality created by intelligent machines around the year 2199 as a means of controlling humans. As the humans are "sleeping" in the Matrix, the heat generated by their bodies is utilized for energy much like we use batteries. This became a necessity after humans blocked out the Sun with a chemical barrier released by military aircraft.
The Architect created the first version of the Matrix. According to him in Reloaded, it was designed as a perfect world, with no wars, plagues, or dangers of any sort. People, due to human nature, began to reject the system of the Matrix, which caused the first version to fail. The second version was then proposed after some time. Instead of the "perfection" of the first, the Architect countered with a more "dangerous" one. This version included wars, plagues, and more hellish environments. This is where the Merovingian, Seraph, The Twins, and human imaginative creatures existed. The second, much to the surprise of the Architect, failed to last as long as the first. First, Seraph and the Merovingian distanced from each other, and second the humans again began to reject the program, leading to the system's crash.

The thought of making a third version hung for a little while until a way could be plotted into dealing with mankind's unpredictable nature. The plan eventually rested on creating a new program. That new program was the Oracle. The Oracle was created to understand humanity's nature and come back with information that would be instrumental with the creation of a third Matrix. After some careful research, the Oracle informed that 99% of humans would accept the system only if given a choice. However, the remaining 1% were labeled as "Rebels" and were thought to be dangerous to the stability of the Matrix. The plan hatched to deal with this problem was to allow this 1% to leave the Matrix and create a settlement of their own called Zion. However, the problem eventually arose that such a settlement would eventually give way to a system crash if not dealt with, so the machines came up with the thought for the creation of The One, which would be given specific instructions on the mechanics of the system. Before the destruction of Zion would commence every 100 years, the One would be allowed to pick 16 female and 7 male survivors in order to rebuild Zion. The survivors would not be allowed to know of the cycle of the Matrix's renewal, each time believing it to be around the year 2100 when they were revived.

The One was put into effect, as the process happened through the first 5 versions of this third Matrix without a hitch. However, in the sixth version at approximately the year 2700, the new version of the One, Thomas A. Anderson, realized the ironic nature of the system through a new power the machines had not expected. By being in the realm of humans and using the human characteristics it was designed with, the One began to experience love to a particular woman, Trinity. This led to the One rejecting the rational idea posed by the Architect to save Zion and instead chose the irrational idea by saving Trinity from an attack by an Agent. In turn, this led to more system crashes and the allowance for Smith, now a rogue program strengthed by the One imprinting some of his code onto him, to spread throughout the Matrix. He became a threat to both machines and humans alike and so when the One struck a deal with the Source to get rid of Smith in return for peace between the humans and machines, it went through. The One ended up destroying Smith by allowing him to imprint over himself, causing both to be deleted simultaneously, fufilling the One's deal with the Source, therefore allowing peace to be restored. The inhabitants of Zion were allowed to survive after all.

    Name: Trevor Jacobs
    Age: 19
Appearance: Trevor stands at 5'6" tall, with short blonde hair and bright crystal blue eyes. He's short yet well muscled, with a pretty boy look about him.
Personality: Fun and cheery most of the time, he turns cool and calm when in a combat situation
Clothing: Wears jeans and a tee shirt when trying to blend into The Matrix. When working he wears a pair of dark slacks, shirt, and occasionally a western style canvas duster
Inventory/Weapons: His body, the shuriken he carries, and any mission specific items. Fond of the Glock series of handguns.
    Vehicle: Whatever he can acquire
    Race/Program: Human Rebel
    Purpose: Defend the human race
    Affiliation: Rebels/his own
Skills: Mastered the art of Ninjutsu, and several other forms of combat. Expert with small arms.
Biography: Trevor is the last Rebel able to plug in from the Human Ship Ragnarok, which is stranded far away from the last human city of Zion. He remains in the matrix almost constantly, helping the other rebels all the time.

Trevor had advanced direct to brain training in the ancient art of Ninjutsu. As of yet he is the only stout practictioner of it. He's fast and nimble in ways the no other human seems to be, though nobody can say why and none understand why he seldom takes advantage of it. He doesn't speak of his incredible prowess in combat or his almost unmatched speed.

He also does not speak of the state of the Ragnarok, which was believed to be lost long ago. Few know anything about his past, and he says that the only thing that matters is the future of the human race. The rest is irrelevant.

    Name: Agent O?Connor
    Age: 26
Appearance: White skin, dark brown hair and eyes, 6?2?, left handed
Personality: He is nervous and cautious. It takes him a long time to relax, even when he is safe. When he does relax, however, he becomes very friendly and genial. This paranoia is caused by the Agents of the Matrix. O?Connor knows how powerful they are and has been targeted several times. He also knows that he will probably be targeted again.

Agent Riley sat in a chair looking out through his tinted sunglasses out into downtown MegaCity inside a large Starbucks. Gazing intentavly at each passing person Riley barely noticed his two fellow agents sitting behind him also looking outside.

But they weren't looking for passing rebels, they were looking for Rougue Agent O'Connor. Connor Had been out of control in the Matrix for days now and the machines had been searching high and low for him and had tracked his location somewhere in MegaCity. But looking outside wasnt going to get them anywhere at this moment, MegaCity was a large place as its name implied. ''Time to move'' Riley Muttered to his fellow agents.

Riley got up, pushed his chair in, and headed for the door...

Agent Stevens and Agent Thomson looked out the window carefully. They were both accompanied by a more powerful Agent named Riley. Riley was the Arch-Agent of the group and told Stevens and Thomson what to do. They seldom go alone. The mission was to find the Rogue Agent who was given the name "O'Connor" and to ,if necessary, destroy him along with other unwanted programs and humans from the Matrix.

The three of them should now by now that Rogue Agent O'Connor is a person to be in serious care with. He was a living threat to the Matrix and must be dealt with immediately. Stevens got nervous and often found his hand unusually having a tremor.

Stevens heard Riley give the order. He then glanced at his partner Thomson and then got up. He slowly pushed his chair under the table and headed out the door.

Once outside the blazing sun shone upon every single citizen in Mega City. Stevens waited at the front of the store they were once in. He straightened his tie and looked past the flood of people walking by...

    IC: Seraph:

It was a time of confusion and self-analysis for Seraph. After many years of protecting the Oracle and working to further her cause, she had cut him loose. In her usual mysterious manner she had managed to make it feel as though it were for the better, but Seraph couldn't help but wonder if she had felt that his services were inadequate. "You are loyal", she had stated, "But you do not believe." Now he was in a form of exile, sent away from all that he knew and respected... Save one other. Long ago he had worked with a program much like the Oracle, except not nearly as pious and worthy of his support. The Merovingian was a program of unusual power, and it was no mistake that he had survived and expanded beyond his original perameters. Seraph was an oddity himself, a program that managed to be superior to his successor programs, the agents. His skills were undeniable, but his loyalty to the system had faltered, leading to a new type of suppressive program. That was of little manner now. The Oracle's last wishes were for him to work outside of his usual specifications. This search had led him to the last place he had expected to find himself... Club Hel, the abnormal club run by his former protegee, the Merovingian. Seraph stepped into the elevator and descended to the weapons check room, where only three guards awated him. So scantly guarded, Seraph mused.

"Tell the Merovingian that 'The Prodigal Child' has returned home", he stated in a deliberate tone.

    IC: Rogue Agent O?Connor

O?Connor walked around his apartment, quickly picking up his possessions and throwing them into a briefcase. Every day that he was left unmolested, he grew more worried. The Agents were probably close behind him, and he didn?t want them to catch him. They were formidable adversaries. Not only did they have super strength and the ability to dodge bullets, they also had the law on their side. Every law enforcement official was theirs to call on for support. O?Connor reached under his suit and touched his handgun for reassurance. He had thought it over several times and always come to the same conclusion: he had been here too long. That was why he was packing up. Into the suitcase went, among other things, his spare Desert Eagle handgun, his copy of the Complete Works of Shakespeare, ammunition, and all of his cash. O?Connor finished up and surveyed the result of his efforts with the practiced eye of a traveler. It was sufficient for the trip. He closed the suitcase and started to walk out of the apartment. He would need to travel far and fast to evade the Agents. Which meant that he would probably need a car. Unfortunately, he didn?t have one. There were several good reasons for this. But right now he needed a car, meaning that he would have to steal one. He didn?t have any moral qualms about stealing the car or even killing someone to get it. But that meant the cops would be all over the place, and that meant that the Agents would get a heads up as to where he had been. Oh well. He was trusting that there would be an adequate delay before they got the news and that nobody at the crime scene would pick up the license plate number. It was a risk, but it was a calculated one. He stood on the street looking for a target. O?Connor focused on a woman getting out of a four-door sedan. Not the ideal car, but then you don?t always get what you want. Since she was stepping out of the car, he wouldn?t need to break the window. He reached for his gun and shot her once in the head. Jogging over to the body he patted her down for the car keys, being careful not to get blood on his suit. He grabbed the keys-they were in her pocket-and sat down in the driver?s seat. He threw the suitcase into the seat next to his. He stuck the keys into the ignition and roared off. The cops would be here soon, and the Agents after them. But when they came, he would be ready for them.

    IC: Agent Stevens
[Mega City] [Starbucks-Apartment Complex] [S&D: Rogue Agent O'Connor]

Agent Stevens grew impatient as to why Riley and Thomson were taking too long. Perhaps this was his job to deal with the problem until they both figured it would be the perfect time to step in. Then all of a sudden he heard a disturbance in his earpeice. He quickly placed his index and middle fingers on the earpeice to blank out unwanted noise. He listened.

Calling all units we have a disturbance near the old apartment complex. There has been reports of a man in a black suit leaving the crime scene. Woman shot on street. More info please stand by...

Agent Stevens immediately knew who the troublemaker was. This was the work of Rogue Agent O'Connor. He is exactly what they were looking for. He needed to get to the apartment complex immediately. He then heard the familar echoing sounds of Police sirens. Bystanders chattered and looked at the squad cars speeding by. Agent Stevens left his human host and possessed the driver of one of the Police Cars.

Gladly there was no one in the passenger side. Agent Stevens immediately took the wheel and drove to the designated spot. The Police radio gave the adress. Speeding down the road he got to the area where the Rogue Agent was last seen. He slowly got out of the Police squad car and sighed deeply. He slammed the door and walked slowly towards the dead body. More Police cars arrived and called for backup.

He can run.....but he can't hide. Agent Stevens said in a monotone voice.

He continued to stare at the lifeless dead body of the woman who appeared to be shot in the head. Agent Stevens got back into his car and went to search for any suspicious activity in the area.
He hoped to run into O'Connor.

He didn't even register the trip outside...but here he was, standing next to Stevens. He tilted his head to one side and then to the other, popping his "neck."

His stoic face turned to the other Agents.

"What would you like us to do Agent Riley?" His spoke in a monotone voice. Only one thought raced through his programming. Please say kill something.

Riley didn't have time to answer, Similtaneously, all three stuck their fingers to their ear pieces. And, before anyone could say anything, Stephens was gone, and young and confused woman in his place. He groaned.

They were supposed to stay together. Was his programming off?

No time to wonder...he needed a car....

From his experience, Stephens had a cop mentality. Plain and simple. Thats why in the situation, he had choosed a cop car. Reasonable.

Thompson didn't. He had a flare for the extravagant, and programmed to be a driver, he liked speed.

He liked English Imports...the ones movie stars and rappers drove. And, they were very hard to find. Luckily, he had driven this morning...

It was a quick dash to his car, just a block away. He was in and gone in under 30 seconds. He loved being an agent.

He drove fast and furious, weaving in and out of traffic, his speed up reflexes aiding him.

Another stroke of luck, he hadn't been that far away. 4 minutes.

He pulled pulled over on the street, a heard of police cars between him and Stephens. He lifted his right hand to his mouth, pressing the "talk" button of the mini-mike with the thumb and forefinger of his left hand.

"Stephens, Do we have a lead on plates?"
