Phx It has begun... ...Finally in Labor!!! 1 Week late!

Well, friends, Mellisa is now in labor. Not full labor ....yet. But it's definitely started. The midwife is on her way here from Flagstaff, and we're putting Jessica down to sleep, and getting the final things done before Liam's arrival.

I expect that in the morning (hopefully), we'll be in full labor and having a baby boy. Just thought I'd let you all know.

For those of you who don't know, we're having a home birth, right here in our apartment. Those of you that pray, please pray for a smooth and easy labor and delivery. I'll let you know after it's over, but I wanted to give you a heads up.

I won't be getting around to anything official, so sorry to the 2 new CR's, but I don't have the time to get to that right now.

Good night, and may this evening, night and morning go smooth, and without complications.


(BTW, we are 5 minutes from the Scottsdale hospital, just in case its needed.)

LOL! I asked the folks in the OFH to take care of you. I've got more pressing matters to attend to.



We're just doing the pool and shower thing right now, and taking care of the final preparations, but it'll be soon enough, I do believe.

DD: We wanted it to be today --it's my grandpa's birthday, but it'll be Sunday most likely.

Thanks, everyone. The night wasn't as productive as we would've hoped. She's still at 3cm, and isn't contracting, so we're in a bit of a "holding pattern" right now. But her mom will be here from CA in about 2 hours, and that'll be nice.

So, no baby yet. :/ I'll keep you posted.

not sure if i told you, but liam is the name jenn and i have picked for our second son!
(when we have kids, it'll be a while )
we *hope* to have two boys, tristan and liam, or if we have a girl, faye morgan.
so there will be a couple of little liams running around!
