Seriously, no it does not feel anywhere close to 10 years. I can still remember myself sitting in the theater watching the Battle Droids Activate after being dropped down from the MTT.

 How did we miss this important anniversary? Ten years of [face_love]Qui-Gon?? Ten years of Maul??? Ten years of Jar-Jar?? (okay, I understand how we suppressed the memory)

We need to have a party and celebrate this. Cake and a viewing of TPM. How about sometime in July? (The rest of June is wicked for me and I'd hate to miss this)

Saturday July 18?? Sunday July 12?

Suggestions? Which day? And who will be kind enough to let us invade their household?

Any of the dates mentioned so far would be ok for me to partake in a TPM viewing and cake eating festivities.

So July 12 at Neil's place. Sounds like a plan to me.

Jason's bday is on July 11. Will he and Michele be able to make it on the 12th?

    i certainly hope so.

what time are we thinking? I'm thinking no later than 6 or 7 to start, but thats mainly so we can have a nice long bullship session before and after.

I said "bullship", that is a big metal vessel that bulls are delivered to various places with. But thats not important right now.

I'm fairly sure we can make it.

Too bad about the Kruger Street Museum festivities. I'd like to go, but we have our charity Serenity screening that day. :(

What about Sunday at 12pm? Then you can engage in the jar-jar worshiping festivities and still make it to work.

So is 12:00 unofficially the official starting time? I'd rather be the the same time as everyone else. Who is coming? Greencat? Superchill? Tradmic?

The 10th Anniversary Celebration was much fun. We watched Fanboys, a British scifi series called Hyerdrive, and of course, The Phantom Menace. There was lots of good food, including a spiffy cake, and good conversation.

Thanks again to Neil for hosting the party!
