Gaming It Printed Money! In 3D! The Nintendo DS/2DS/3DS/N3DS/Mobile Discussion

Now that I've registered Smash Bros for the 3DS I'm not sure which of these free game downloads I should go for

I have none of the games listed. A Link Between Worlds seems the best option

 

I had a lot of fun with the Mario Golf demo, but I'm not sure the full game is worth over something like Mario Party which gives you more multiplayer options.

Also, when are Nintendo going to update their stars catalogue? I get some every time I register a game but the stuff you can get is either rubbish or for systems they no longer support like the DS lite

 

I'm going to get Zelda. It's the only one that appeals to me.

Can someone in the UK help me out with the bonus game promo? I'm having problems with the link I'm supposed to click to get the free game. I only get a 'The document contains no data' error page. If someone has a link that actually works, that'd be very useful.

 

I haven't played Project X Zone but heard it can be pretty crazy.

Bought a Nintendo 3DS XL

Kinda want a 3ds, but not sure if I should just wait until the New 3ds comes out.

 

There is a FAQ over at Vooks that breaks down what to expect from the NEW 3DS. So far the system is only available in Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

For those that want to import from AU/NZ, note that the games/eShop is region locked to Oceania/Europe regions.

Well, Nintendo just had their first Direct of 2015, and so of course there was a lot of news. US is getting the New 3DS on February 13, with Majora's Mask as a launch title for that new console (and a MM 3DS along with a few others).

Xenoblade might be out April? Well, Japan is April 2 at least, not entirely sure about the English version. The New 3DS will be $200, and am really tempted by it, just need to pull together enough money... maybe.

 

I am tempted by the Monster Hunter and Majora's Mask special edition of the NEW 3DS XL but I'm holding off until the new Fire Emblem comes out. If it is only for NEW 3DS then I'll have to get it then.

With Xenoblade… I really really want to get that game but rather the Wii version than the 3DS version. Might wait and see if they will offer the Wii version off the eShop.

Me too, I have hope Nintendo has the sense to make more. Take power away from the scalpers.

 

Apparently Best Buy will have more stock, though when that will be available again is up in the air. It isn't being listed on their site.

 

Well it's a great game so I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
