Big Thunder Mountain has reopened at last, at last.
I'm going to Disneyland this weekend and I'm gonna stand in line and fastpass that damn ride over and over and over until I S.P.E.W. ;p

It's not on the list of closed rides anymore starting tomorrow.... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee:

how long has Space Mountain been out of commission?

 

Since last fall or so, they're ripping out the current insides and building a better space mountain in it.

You can come with us for this year's PFF trip to Disney for the holiday decorations (And Haunted Holiday) I'm aiming for the weekend before thanksgiving.

I will neither confirm nor deny anything... but should a secret mission to take over Big Thunder Mountain take place.... I might be willing to help with it. ;p

And what about the Con Disney trek Voidy? That's before next Thanksgiving... I'm looking forward to that and trying to get the Choadster to join all of us.

 

I won't be able to get the full week off this time to hit up disey before con, we're using some vacation time to head back to ohio and see the in-laws.

 

Ahm does that mean no Disney time at all? Or less Disney time?
Last I talked to you, I think you were trying to plan time at Disney, and I think Sea World, etc. because of the wedding you were attending... Has that plan changed? Just let me know... I am still trying to plan what I am doing around Con as well. If you do go to Disney, I'll gladly join you.

Oh that sucks!! Dang it! I was looking forward to it.
I went last weekend with Lori and I bought something there that I am planning to use with my Slytherin costume, and I told Lori I would have to wear it during the summer disney trip so you could see it. Bummer.

 

I know, but we weren't able to see family in ohio for Christmas so we want to do it soon since we can afford it now. Have no fear, I may sneak away for a weekend sometime this year, maybe right after school starts back up. We'll see what I can pull off.

I'll be VERY HAPPY to go as soon as Jupitertronic gets her butt back down to AZ.

Not a problem, we've got the definitive roadtrip car now. New job let us pick up a 2004 Impala SS...the Queen was even impressed with the room with 4 of us and a car seat in it the other night.

(I've got a ton of vacation time I need to use up this year or lose it. They won't let us carry it over to the next year anymore. So yay for this year, but next year will suck. )
