    Summer is upon us!

And here I am sitting in the air-conditioned confines in the library posting useless tidbits so that I don't have to go outside in the unforgiving, sweltering heat...

I just had a lecture and even inside I was drowning in my own sweat...

It's going to be a long, hot summer ladies and gentlemen....

You don't know hot until you have to try and sleep during the day in a unair conditioned room that the sun directly hits every frickin' afternoon!

Try being in Toowoomba right now. We are usually one of the coldest places in the state but recently we've had sweltering heat, dust storms and bushfires. But at least I don't live in Mt. Isa anymore. Damn that place can get hot.
