FF:VIC It's Official: Our FF Icon is not "Totally Awesome"

No disrespect intended to the person who made the icon, but I think we need something new, something snazzy, with bright, pretty colours, a flying tram, maybe a boy and duck, axes, He-Who-Shall-Not_Be_Named, John So perhaps? Maybe a nice pic of Chris in Vader regalia, choking me!


So I throw the challenge out to you, dearest Viccers, to come up with something we can at least use when on official business.

Perhaps even for fun...


Anyway, as I have no skills in this department, but I know a few of you do, and I KNOW you are all creative, clever people who like a challenge (other wise you wouldn't be posting here) so cough up your ideas, images, requests, input, spleen and brains, and make me a sammich...I mean, ICON.

 

Here's a little something I whipped up with the advanced suite of digital imaging software in the labs at uni.

I forgot to write something about VicFF on it, but that would cost an extra couple of hundred thousand in special effects and my budget was only three Tic-Tacs anyway. They were the crappy mint ones, too, not the good orange ones.

 

For three calories, Xanakh, that's pretty darn good!

 

Probably time for a new one. I can't remember who made the last one, but I have a sneaking suspicion it was me.

 

If it's any good, I may adopt is as my new icon when I officially move over to Melbourne and change my allegiance.

Hell, I might as well change my allegiance now....

 

Xan, that is not only BRILLIANT, but well within our budget!


Nat, if you'd like to be our test bunny for this icon extravaganza, I will make sure that they only test it on your eyes, not your fur...I mean skin.


And Tyrant...I wouldn't be admitting to that one

Not to be discouraging, but I think the question ultimately is: Is anyone actually going to use it, regardless of how cool and snazzy?
