JCC ITT we complain about our 1st world problems...

My spoon broke. I have to by a new spoon.

 

There is no spoon!

 

Not anymore.

 

I forgot to stop and buy spoons.

 

I have to drive through rain in order to get to the nice sunny beach for a vacation.

 

My friends and I went out to a restaurant for our usual friday happy hour. They had a deal with $2 pints of Guinness. Our service was so slow that we only got one round before they literally ran out of it. So I had to settle for a cheap martini - which they accidentally made dirty and with next to no vermouth. So I figure I'll go home and have a beer there.






I'm out of beer.

 

All these spoons will be lost, like tears in the rain.

 

I'm going to be coloring Easter eggs later today with family, during a period in which the Dodgers are playing (a game that will actually be broadcast* to the entirety of the L.A. metro area!). On a related note, U-Verse has yet to make a deal with Time Warner to carry the new & (essentially) exclusive Dodger channel... 2+ weeks into the season, and I've only been able to watch 2 games on television, 1 via an iffy stream site (never again I tell you). This is a bummer, man.



*Sure, I'll DVR it, but that's not quite the same.

 

I would like to thank everyone for their sympathies. But take heart, I now own 6 new spoons and I did not get them from a dollar store.

I wear my sunglasses to work only to leave both pairs of them there. Now I have to wait till Monday to start all over again.

 

My summer reading material just cost me a little over $100. Thanks, textbook market.

 

There's simply too much goddamn religious related stuff all over social media today.

 

New episodes of Parts Unknown, Mad Men and Game of Thrones. Man, this is hard work.

 

i've mathed so much lately that i've actually started to think that it's getting fun.

Trust me, and I know this would be incredibly soul crushing for you to believe & accept, but that alternative does exist.
