Same with Pizza Hut, but i think they tax more than anyone. If i'm hungry and can't find anything quick and easy for dinner i'll get Papa John's and promo code the **** out them. Definitely not paying more than $20

Dude what. Here in the States they're typically considered cheap garbage. "Get three mediums for $5 each!" etc. Australian Domino's sounds like a mockery of the company's commitment to shoveling crap in your face at low costs.

 

What makes Dominos worse is that we have a franchise called Crust who do superior pizzas with premium toppings (some of which include truffles and pulled pork), much larger quantities and good bases for $23.00 - that's their top of the line range. Why would I waste my money on Dominos when I can have SO MUCH MORE for significantly less?

I usually have DiGiorno's and other "Pizza" type food's in my freezer in case i'm home alone will no cash. Around here we don't any mom and pop type place's for good freshly made pizza (Wish we did). Just the typical big franchise's and frozen are all we really have.

 

Trying to file my 2015 tax return online, but "Obamacare" isn't done screwing me around. Since their computer system accidentally kicked me out of insurance, the website still shows me as uninsured, therefore I have no PDF to download to show that I have insurance, which means I can't file a return until this gets resolved.

Stupid US and its nonsensical healthcare system.

Internet provider didn't send a tech out when they said they would. Ruined my whole day.

 

I accidentally flung ice cream at my monitor.

 

My debit card expired so I had to go to my credit union to withdraw money.

 

My credit union sends me a new debit card every time my old one is set to expire. My credit card companies do too.

 

My Internet is so slow today.

 

They said as much when I called. I suspect i threw my replacement away with junk mail.

 

A coworker told me to watch that two years ago. Said I would really like it.

So I'll probably get to it in like two more years.

WTF. The whole thing with Domino's is that it's cheap. Like, half as much as Papa John's, which is disgusting and sweet. Domino's even launched a campaign 5 year ago or so to acknowledge their old pizza was totally crap, and that they had completely redone it. It is now indeed better with more toppings.

This isn't true everywhere, but since California has terrible pizza (so few Italians I grew up in Kansas City where we have great pizza from mafia families!) Domino's is a decent option. Local places usually aren't any better and cost waaaay more.


But this could all be solved if we just had Papa Murphys near my town. Take and Bake pizza is easily the best.

solojones You need to go to Stonefire Grill (some locations here in the Valley, and I think near Pasadena maybe?) ... the pizza there (especIally the mesquite bbq) is fantastic.
