JCC ITT we complain about our 1st world problems...

I have a coffee weakness. Besides, the one I had is broken.

 

Most stores sell coffee makers for at least $20 dollars. Last coffee maker I bought was from Big Lots for just over $19.

 

It appears my doctor's office is closed today. It appears the dealership fro my oil change is closed today. It appears Aldi is closed today.

 

got a bag of mixed salad the other day and there was hardly any lettuce in it , it musta been 60% carrot ! can you believe that ? someone should be checking these things

 

Sounds like the Broccoli-Potato-Onion patties I ate yesterday which had a tiny floret in each one and no onions. So yeah 6 mini potato patties with no so much Broccoli and onion in them later

 

It's too cold.

 

I ordered a one scoop sundae of rocky road ice cream with hot fudge and marshmallow and I got a two scoop sundae! Normally I would be happy, but it was way too much and half of it ended up in the trash.

 

'tis a travesty on this Earth when ice cream must be wasted.

I thought I had a doctor appointment this Friday. Turns out it's next Tuesday.

I ordered a few OG xbox games off gamestop.com on Friday, yesterday after checking my order and seeing it hadnt been processed yet i realized they dont process on Sat/Sun/New years day. Yay.

My fault for ordering on Friday i guess, i was trying to take advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free, when i order the actual xbox next week im so ordering on monday and upgrading my shipping to standard.

 

I've been trying to get a sock out of my vacuum tube for the past hour. I've tried a broom handle, wire hanger, air compressor and tongs. Now I am trying to fish it out with a fish hook.

 

It does suck. It's funny reading it though.

The fishing hook actually worked lol. I just wish I went with that first.

I drove forty minutes to the movie theater, and I mixed up the times so I didn’t end up seeing the movie. I hate living in the middle of nowhere sometimes.

 

So I cancelled my Amazon prime membership on Tuesday before it renewed yesterday by going into my account at Amazon.com and cancelling. I received an email confirming my cancellation and that I will not be charged.

I just check my bank account to see that Amazon dinged me for the payment (there was no email saying that my cancellation had been ignored.) Called their customer service for Prime and had to cancel again over the phone. Received a second email about cancellation. Since the payment is processing I will get the refund immediately.

 

How does it cope with the YouTube thread? Mine just gives up and closes the browser.

 

Is it maybe a browser-specific issue? Chrome for iPad seems to not have those problems.

 

It is precisely Chrome for iPad that I use. I should note, however, that my device is old. It's an iPad 2. The one before Air. I also have a 2013 bottom of the line Android tablet that does not have this issue, though, and I use Chrome on that too. It takes long to load the page, but it doesn't crash. I'm guessing that Chrome for Android, or maybe the Android OS itself, has a better algorithm in allocating system memory that doesn't overwhelm the OS.

 

My power just flickered enough so I have to reset all my clocks.

 

Oh, okay, I have an Air 2 so it's probably just powering through it if that's the case.
