JCC ITT we complain about our 1st world problems...

Mine always has a tendency to start chirping in the middle of the night. Wakes me out of a deep sleep.

 

First world problem #1: I had a hard time deciding between derp, this thread, or starting a new thread.

FWP #2: Facebook will not pay taxes and is getting a 400+ million dollar refund[/ur]

I am getting a few hundred bucks back.

I broke the arm off my stinking Oakley sunglasses today. Pretty mad, they are still under warranty hoping it's covered.

Yes it comes with a year manufacturers warranty. This is a common procedure when you purchase merchandise from a merchant.

 

Sounds handy considering how much I've seen Oakleys go for. Sometimes I'm glad I just wear clip-ons.



Anyway, my tongue is very slightly burned after eating my microwaved dinner just a bit too soon.

 

When I put my feet in front of the space heater, they get too warm, but when I shift them away, they become too cold. There is no middle ground between burning skin and ice toes.

 

This harkens back to my first post in this thread. I keep the heat on but soemtimes it is not exact enough so I keep a heater fan nearby and have to pull it closer or push it away.

 

Good news on the glasses front. Oakley is going to replace them free of charge. They will even pay for shipping which was a nice surprise.

 

The jeans I bought from Old Navy a month a go have a while in the bottom.

 

They cancelled all of the killer whale shows today, so my beautiful 10 hour day of delicious overtime at work got chopped down to 4.

 

I couldn't find the breaker reset button on the sauna on Saturday night because I'd had too much 10-year-old Scotch....so I couldn't have a late night sauna.

 

*facepalm* Evidently I can't spell worth a damn tonight.

 

I want to like this fanfiction I'm reading, but the person obviously doesn't understand that in Britain, chips = fries, and it's bugging the heck out of me.

 

The resort my family uses when they visit us has a really long walk to the parking lot and we only caught a ride in the courtesy shuttle once.

 

I have the day off and the JCC is dead.

 

My favorite brand chewing gum was on sale, but they only had a flavor I'm not particularly fond of.

 

I had to walk to get coffee today.

 

I had to walk up some stairs to get coffee today.

 

I had to walk across a muddy field and now my boots have to sit on junk mail until I get unlazy enough to wipe them off. Or just go walking through some puddles.
