JCC ITT we complain about our 1st world problems...

I have to use the number pad on my Blu-Ray remote to search for YouTube videos and Netlix titles, etc. It's like texting with an old phone.

I'm hungry but I just had a Ricola so whatever I eat will taste like mint.

 

Have a shot of vodka, but swish it around a bit before swallowing it.

 

Rogue One and a half must be contagious, because my throat is also mildly sore. And I can't drink at work.

 

I have to decide my life in the next 24 hours. Or 48 hours. I don't know which. I don't even know the deadline. My life is in good hands.

It's amazing that you noted that. Every so often, because of my own selfish needs, I pay rent on the 4th rather than the 5th.

 

The IT guy just took my postage meter away. He took a cart into the back room, disconnected the meter and took it to his desk to work on it. I'm worried.

 

I can't drink at work either.

 

He must have got it from me, because I've had a bad cold with a severe sore throat for about a week now.

 

If that advice about the vodka was directed at me, I wish I had seen it earlier although I'm not supposed to drink at work. But who's checking?

 

Actually, I know who I got my sore throat from. One of the gals in our office has been coming to work for the past couple of weeks sicker than a dog, but she won't use any sick leave and stay home.

 

It was. It also works wonders for the burn from overly spicy/hot foods...and if you drink enough of it you can get drunk!

Cat is having a strop with me because I took her to the vet this morning for yearly vaccinations and worming.

Upside is, she's a picture of health.

 

I'm not so sure, because I can jump at least six inches high.

My 8AM was cancelled due to snow but not my 9:40.
