Now, I know some of you entertain silly notions about nesteggs and having children but honestly you cannot take it with you and kids tend to smeel.

This is a shot of 3 boats anchored offshore of the isle of Tobago. It lies just outside the hurricane belt in the Southern Caribbean. It is one of two islands that make up the Republic Of trinidad. You'll notice that onceagain I am not in the posted pic. That's because you're not helping. You see a tortoise in the sand on its back, it is baking in the Sun but you'r not helping.

I believe in helping those that help themselves. I was really encouraged that you wanted the yacht when I saw you had finally contributed some of your own money. Sadly in the next post you had spent all your savings on a lousy cup of coffee. Evidentially a cup of coffee is more important that your yacht. I suggest a buy a cup of coffee for Montie thread instead.

 

But I can afford the coffee, I cannot afford the yacht which is where you come in. See? Simple!

 

You should make a website like HILLARYCLINTON.COM and find a way to make reference to it in every post.

For instance:

"RebelScum, I don't think it's a very good idea to hit on people on myspace.com, but as long as you're spending so much time online, you should take some time off from stalking people and visit VADERSLAMENT.COM and donate to my Yacht Fund."

 

I would like a yacht too.

EDIT after reading thread: Holy crap Montie! Stop with the pictures of gorgeous sunny locations, it's driving me crazy! I still have three weeks of exams that can't be wasted daydreaming!

 

No you see simple you say "wow I would like a yacht. If I made my own coffee instead of paying for coffee at a coffee shop I would save X dollars per year and in x years I would be able to finally buy that yacht."

 

I have actually done that but with threads links that lead to this thread and for some reason I get accused of thread advert/hijacking!

I especially like the pic where the boat sits at anchorage just of the white snad beach.

Nice huh? Now understand I do not want a monohull. They can be nice but multihulls are more stable and can go quite fast. So even though that is a nice pic I will not be using your money to buy a monohull.

That is a trimaran of the experimental sort. It is called the Orange Sail project and is billed as the fastest sailing vessel in the world having been clocked at some 47 knots. That's 54 mph for you land lubbers. I'm sure it'll cost millions but you can handle it. I would add my stimulus check money to the fund but that's for me.
