ITT we make up insults which rhyme with compliments

I'm writing a script where I need insults which rhyme with compliments.

For example

"You are a big smelly fart"
"Pardon?"
"I said, you have a very big heart"

and

"He is cheap and nasty"
"What?"
"I said, he is neat and classy"

Can you think of any others? (Family friendly please!)

 

"Do it yourself, you silly, old bat?"
"What?"
"I said, 'My, but that's a rather nice hat"

 

"You're a brute and you're ugly!"
"Excuse me?"
"I said you're cute and you're cuddly."

 

"You have piggy eyes and little hair!"
"What?"
"I said you're nice and always fair."
