I guess we should think about what time people can make it and such, where we want to meet etc etc. I know i seem to be cracking the whip about this but I'm in a very precise planning mood this month (end of financial year will do that to people in finance) so you will just have to be forthcoming with your own plans or I'll...think of something nasty to do.

Oh, and if threats don't work, I'm happy to do the whole chips and first round thing again

 

I notice that on NP's itinerary she's only coming to Melbourne for one day. So are we showing her a good time, or showing her the sights of Melbourne?

Or both?

 

Well, I know that Miss Moddess did say something about doing touristy things, so a bit of both I think. Some rambling around sight seeing during the afternoon and then a good night out?

I was thinking maybe going to the Dumpling Palace in China Town for tea? Cheap and delicious and generous food being an awesome way to end the day

FYI, LSA and I will arrive about noon and I'd like to see Federation Square and St. Paul's Cathedral but that is the only stuff I have planned. If anyone wants to meet up for that, or has other ideas for the rest of the day, I'd love to have company.

I was informed yesterday that I have a rehearsal tomorrow in Ballarat ("Oh yeah, we have practice tomorrow." "WHHAAAT??!?!") so it is with the greatest sadness that I pike. Sorry guys, you'll have to say hi to NP for me. And take photos, or something.

I'm really annoyed - not only that it sounds to have been a great time, but I was up in Ballarat by 12 (at the designated time), and no-one else showed up until 4. Really, really, annoying.

 

In retrospect, I probably should have found out where you guys were actually meeting up.
