Is it still against the rules to link to goatse, even if it doesn't work anymore?

oh, the link totally doesn't work anymore. i wouldn't have linked it if it did.

right now it takes you to a link that says

"Suspended Domain
The domain www.goatse.cx has been suspended by the registry."

and it's been like that for MONTHS. so it's not like it's coming up - they've even up it up somewhere else.

so, basically, there's no reason why it wouldn't be allowed, right? neither the word 'goatse' nor the page it takes you to is vulgar, so it doesn't break the RoC in any way.
