ST Jakku - Desert planet in TFA revealed

I hope not. I always hated the PT Jedi dress code. If multiple Jedi pop up in the ST I really don't want a return to that look. I really hope Luke isn't dressed like Kenobi in ANH.

I was about to say it would be a dream to see R2 with Rey Skywalker and her cousin Ren Solo pictured like this, in full Padawan mode.

I could be wrong but I think Cushing's Admirer is talking about the names of the planets and not the planets themselves?

 

I think he meant delusion monster in the abstract sense, not aimed at anyone in particular - as in I shouldn't give people ideas we may see something like this in a TFA flashback.

Aren't you the guy who claimed to have the first teaser a ways back? Did you have the comic rabbit avatar or was that someone else?

 

We already saw a Star Destroyer crashed on Tatooine back at Celebration when the pic of Boba Fett flying over a Tat landscape (with a sandcrawler on the left & the crashed Destroyer on the right). It'd only be irresponsible newsfeeds advertising the gameplay vid as "Jakku". The ones I read mention that the Battle of Jakku is DLC following shortly after release (unless you preorder or whatever).

It's Tatooine, 100%, and you can tell from actually watching the video. Twin suns aside, Ackbar wished he could see Palpatine's face when he finds out how badly his forces lost there--that would only be possible if it was set before the Battle of Endor!

 

Dislike that this wasn't Tatooine, that planet has such a huge story (Jabba the Hutt,Birth place of Anakin and childhood place, Luke's childhood place, cantina, etc) and it's the sand planet of star wars. Don't get why they needed a different planet.

 

I like that it isn't Tatooine. However, I dislike the fact that it looks so similar to Tatooine.
