Whoa--that pre-cyborg Grievous piece ROX!! I love to see how others visualize him in that time--this is most certainly one of the better ones I've seen: very intense, very much the grim warrior he continues to be, even after being stripped of his organic form... Awesome sense of immediacy here, with him crouching behind the boulder--I love the costuming/armoring and weapon, as well (you're so bloody good at that! ). The Commander Keller inks are superb--I have to ask: how do you add on the "scoring" and dirt to the armor...? It almost looks as though it's lightly smudged on with a cotton swab or bit of cloth... It's so effective, and adds that "used SW universe" feel to everything--fantastic work (and yet another reason your work is in such high demand! )! Gorgeous!!

Those are all amazing. I love how you incorporate aspects of different styles into realism.

And I LOVE them! Your style is so bloody distinctive--I swear I can pick your work out of a hundred cards--just the right amount of detail, color and depth. And I SERIOUSLY want those Mara Jade and Aurra Sing cards--utterly fabulous!! Another thing I love about your work is that even a character that gets two seconds of screen time makes it into your repertoire--it gives such a wonderful depth to the images, including even the ones we see only briefly! Terrific work yet again, my friend!

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Star Wars...but there is so much more out there besides the 6 movies. Since this is open to books, comics, and games, I want to delve in to the EU verse more. Draw the characters that I have known and love from print more than celluloid.

 

I have difficulties to choose a character here that I like best.



For I simply love all of them.

They all have such wonderful depth. I don't know how you do it...time wise. It's astounding to me. These are simply awesome cards.
