Oregon Jan/Feb? OFF Meeting

Not likely the best date, a small football game is being played that day in Miami.

I definitely want to meet you all, as a priority. But, not skipping Super Bowl. Sorry.

OK this sounds like it may be a problem for some.....Should we consider changing the day to Feb 3rd at 1PM?

Ignore me - I just find it funny that I had no idea that's when the Bowl is! I know that personally wouldn't interfere with my attendance, but I'd like to meet up with as many as possible. So if we need to change the date, so be it.

Out of curiosity, how many of our members' schedules are affected by the big game?

Oh CRAP!!! Me not being a sports fan whatsoever, totally forgot about that football thing.

The Saturday the 3rd would be great, except I believe I will be working until 4pm. After that I'm free. I'll double check my schedule when I go to work tomorrow.

That being said, as much as I'd love to meet you all, if you do have to go with Saturday, earlier in the day, I totally understand and I'll just meet up with you all some other time.

 

I personally was not going to watch the game, and I didn't even know it was on that day. But I do understand if others want to watch it.

But now it looks like we are starting to get scheduling conflicts, people who were planning on making it on the 4th may not be able to make a different day. In the past, when we started moving around dates for one or two people, we could never get a date firmed up, and a meeting never happens. If the majority of us still want to do it on the 4th, I'm OK with that. But if there are many of us that plan to watch the Super Bowl, then we should probably move the date.

So far it's only Darth-Bubba who wanted to watch the game... is there any more? Please speek up. Should we move the date or not?

what abou the 11th. I too forgot abou the game, and it just might be worth watching.

 

The weekend of the 11th is hard for me. I would rather do it the weekend of the 3rd/4th, if we could.

When is the game on Sunday? Maybe we could do it befor or after.

 

It's totally cool, we can do the meeting on the 4th, I will come to the next one. I know many of you anyway from 501st/RL events.

JiltedToo will not be able to attend either.
