Jan. Meeting

It's that time again! A new thread about a new meeting. So, when is everyone free, what do we want to do, how do we want to do it, etc?

 

I'm free Saturday evenings.

Bowling would be fun.

I don't know when I'm free this semester. I have project out the hinerian end so I think I am going to have to take a step back for the next few meetings as far as planning goes.

Sounds like we have a few people free Saturday nights, so do we want to stick to the every third Sat thing? I'll jump on the people I talk to regularly and get them in here.

 

I really really really want to make it to one of these meetings. Right now I'm off Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Free Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings. I work Sunday night til 9pm.

First, and probably best, meeting was at a Denny's. We've done Applebees too.

Ok, so now where and when? I've noticed it's really hard to ask everyone when they're free. It's often times easier to just pick the day and time and see who can make it.

I'm working on personal project quite a bit for the next few months, between my armor and my rocket. I'm going to say I'm never available but I'm always available, if you get my meaning

I'm available January 28th and 29th in the evenings.

 

Let's have it one of those days then (28th or 29th). If I tell my instructor soon enough, then I can get the time off. We could do dinner at Denny's or even Uno's.

 

lets make it a friday so like the 28th is that good for people most people have to work late on saterdays you know

Now, there are two Denny's on International Speedway. The nice one up by the track and the crappy one by I-4.

Uno's is also good, but doesn't quite have the fun factor of Denny's.

Steak n Shake is another option.

Now, what time?

 

I think the 28 is good, The time, like 9 or 8 or 7 to like 10 or 11 or when ever so people need to put some input in.

Hey all, due to a recent project deadline I won't be able to attend this meeting. I really wanted to make it out and meet all of the "new" people but my weekends are now devoted to a small room with no windows.

Don't let this discourage any of you from meeting and having a good time! Just post where you guys want to meet and I'll forward it over to Brightstar so it's official

Friday the 28th sounds good for me. I'm off on Fridays usually.

And if we go to Denny's, my vote goes to the one on International. Or Steak and Shake as it's right by where I work. But Denny's seems friendlier to the loud groups that I am usually a part of.

 

that is cool we still need more people to put their info in. yeah i am in for the one on speedway. is there any other way of letting more people who are in this know.

Friday the 28th at 7pm at the Denny's on ISB and near Clyde Morris. Cool?

It will then go up on the fan force website. I would say the best way to get people involoved is bring your friends along.

I think one of my friends will be working but another may be interested. I'll have to ask him next time I see him.
