Jango vs Boba

Based on what was shown in the films, who was the better bounty hunter?

Boba Fett, definitely. Even though he has a much less major role, he's still cooler Jango Fett had better fight scenes and seems much stronger though. I just wish Boba Fett had a longer fight scene in ROTJ because we only ever saw him shoot his gun once in TESB and shoot a cable in ROTJ and that's it, seeing him flying above the Sarlacc pit firing at everyone and Luke deflecting his blasts would've been much cooler.

Based on who I think would be the better Bounty Hunter and not who I like more, I'd say Jango Fett, he managed to fight many Jedi in his time and even defeated some of them. He definitely was the sharpest shooter and a really good pilot.

 

This is more EU, but Boba, IMO, had stronger motivations, more drive, and so was the best at what he did.

 

Boba will always be my favorite!

- killed a Jedi on Geonosis

- got killed by the orders best swordsman

Conclusion: Jango

I know that they say that the original is better than a copy but lets face it Boba is way more bad ass than Jango ever was in the films. Besides you dont have awesome memorable scenes with Jango. I dont know about you but I have a shirt with the still from The Empire Strikes Back and under it it says "No disentegrations"

Also who can say they have talked back to Darth Vader and made it out alive?

 

Plus you have to consider that Jango was chosen for a reason to be the prime doner of Clone DNA.
