January Meeting: Jan 6, 4pm-6pm ***DATE CHANGE***

This will be the first meeting of the new year! And we will have a lot to cover:

Announce 2018 Diplomats.

Update By-Laws (watch your email for current version and send in suggestions).

Review and finalize Holiday Party (Jan 20) RSVP’s.

Bring your baskets/descriptions and/or donation items for the Basket auction at the Holiday party.

Plus updates on events, merchandise, and SWN planning.

We will have a simple pot luck so feel free to bring simple finger foods and beverages.

Edit*: Due to the Bills game and multiple voiced concerns, (something about 17 years? ) the January Meeting is rescheduled to this Saturday. My house. 4-6.

I do apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot have folks either distracted or late during the meeting.

Good afternoon !
Wanted to touch on a few things before today’s meeting.

1.) Basket Auction: if you have items to donate that need basket assembly, please bring them over. If you have an item or “basket” that could stand on its own, if you don’t mind hauling it to the party that would be great. Just let me know what it is. Otherwise, bring it today and I will get it to the party.

-if you have empty baskets, please bring them over.

2.) menu items: menu choices and money is due today. Since the meeting was originally for tomorrow, I will accept the items from you tomorrow as well but that is the hard deadline. No payment, no banquet.

3.) feel free to bring slippers as we’ll be downstairs.

4.) I have shoveled and applied rock salt to the side walk but the finished concrete tends to be a bit more slippery. Remember to walk like a penguin.

The earliest arrival time is 345 as I have to get AJ to the airport before hand.
