(pm is fine) This is pretty much a copy of the email I sent to those addresses I DO have: Just wanted to let you know that we are planning our first meeting in January. In order for us to book some space, we need to get a heads up on how many people would be able to attend. As of this time, we're planning a dinner meeting and would like to get as many people as we can. We're gonna be discussing the future of group, gathering ideas and hopefully have a few laughs as well. Please get back to me and let me know if you are interested in attending and what you think may be days/times you'd be able to.
